The Location

New Mansion can be found on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados.

The House is situated in Paynes Bay, In the heart of the Parish of St James, where you will find the most picturesque and popular beaches on the island. To the South can be found Paradise Beach and Brighton Beach, whilst Mullins Beach is North. These are the most sought after beaches of the aptly named "Gold Coast" which also hosts many of the top resorts in Barbados.

On the South Coast you will find...

Spectacular sandy beaches with plenty of coral reefs for snorkelers to explore, as well as the more lively windy beaches, ideal for surfers and windsurfers. Just east of Bridgetown is Sandy Beach and heading further round the coast is Silver Sands Beach, the best spot for Kite Surfing. For the more adventurous, the rugged Atlantic East Coast hosts the least crowded beaches but also the most active waters, with the "Soup Bowl" at Bathsheba being a perfect spot for keen surfers.
